About Emily:
I believe that all the wisdom we need to thrive and lead our best possible life is contained within us, just as we are, right now. As a psychologist, I derive personal meaning from connecting people to their own innate wisdom and happiness. I use Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Positive Psychology principles to help people un-stress and create the headspace that is required for them to reconnect to their own needs, wishes, desires and purpose.
I have a research background in Behavioural Neuroscience and Positive Psychology from the University of Melbourne, and I spend my week supporting people individually, teaching meditation, running workshops and classes, and consulting in Mindfulness and Positive Psychology to health settings, corporates and schools.
I am excited to share my passion for mindfulness and wellbeing with you and bring the ‘Mindfulness for Life’ group program to Vitalise.
