Latha is a kind, skilled and thoughtful Clinical Psychologist. She has years of experience in private practice helping individuals overcome mental health challenges, improve their well-being, and lead fulfilling lives. She has equal experience in treating short term stresses and long-term issues.

Latha utilises several therapies, depending on who is sitting in front of her, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and others. She has experience working with a range of presentations, including anxiety and other mood disorders, interpersonal difficulties, emotion dysregulation, trauma (both complex and otherwise) and low self-esteem. She has a particular interest in working with patients suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
