About Amy:
I am a general psychologist who is passionate about creating a supportive and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood and supported. I use a flexible and client-centred approach that prioritises the development of rapport and trust in clinical relationships.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, in both community and clinic settings. I have an interest in working with individuals presenting with depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, neurodivergence, psychosocial disabilities, and LGBTQIA+.
I incorporate evidence-based therapies into practice, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.
