About Angela:
I am a client-centred psychologist and enjoy working collaboratively with adolescents and adults; striving to create a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic environment to support personal growth and wellbeing.
I adopt a flexible approach to counselling to facilitate each individual client’s needs. I have a special interest in Cognitive Behavioural Therapies, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I have experience working with people presenting with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, suicidality and self-harm, obsessive compulsive disorder, adjustment issues, self-esteem issues and LGBTQIA+.
